Day 1: Victoria Island & Ikoyi
Morning
Start at Café Neo on Oyin Jolayemi for a flat white and a croissant. Walk along the waterfront and take in the Lagos skyline across the lagoon. Head to Terra Kulture for the morning exhibition — it opens at 10AM and you'll have the gallery mostly to yourself.
Afternoon
Lunch at Cactus Restaurant. Order the jollof rice and chicken — it's a Lagos institution for a reason. After lunch, explore Victoria Island on foot: the art galleries on Adeola Odeku, the boutiques, the energy of a city that never quite stops.
Evening
Sundowners at Sky Bar in Ikoyi. Watch the sun go down over Lagos from one of the best vantage points in the city. Dinner at Yellow Chilli for elevated Nigerian cuisine — the egusi is unmissable. End the night at The Backyard Bar & Grill.
Day 2: Lekki & The Beach
Morning
Take a boat to Tarkwa Bay. Get there early — by 9AM the beach is peaceful and the water is perfect. Spend two to three hours swimming and eating fresh coconut before the crowd arrives.
Afternoon
Back on the mainland, head to Lekki for brunch at Double Four Kitchen. Spend the afternoon exploring Lekki Conservation Centre and walking the canopy bridge above the treetops.
Evening
Dinner at Nok by Alara in Surulere — the Pan-African menu is worth the drive. Then head to Escape Nightclub in Lekki to end your 48 hours the Lagos way: dancing until you can't anymore.
